Return & Refund Policy

At Nourish, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meals and products. Due to the perishable nature of our food, we have the following Return & Refund Policy.

1.⁠ ⁠Food Safety

For health and safety reasons, all food products, meal prep plans, desserts, and beverages cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless:

•⁠  ⁠You received the wrong item.
•⁠  ⁠The product was damaged during delivery.
•⁠  ⁠The product arrived spoiled or not fit for consumption.
•⁠  ⁠An item was missing from your order.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the issues above, please contact our Customer Support within at least 2 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

•⁠  ⁠Your order number.
•⁠  ⁠Photos of the product and packaging.
•⁠  ⁠A brief description of the issue.

3. Refunds

If your claim is approved, Nourish may, at its sole discretion:

•⁠  ⁠Issue a full refund.
•⁠  ⁠Issue a partial refund.
•⁠  ⁠Replace the affected item.

4. Meal Prep Subscriptions

Customized Meal Prep plans are prepared specifically for each customer.

Orders may be modified or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled preparation date.

Once preparation has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.

5. Customized meal plans 
are tailored to each customer’s dietary requirements and preferences. Therefore, once production begins, these orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part.

6. Delivery Issues

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners), we will do our best to assist, but refunds may not apply unless the food quality has been affected.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Nourish is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
